CHSA ANNUAL MEETING

The CHSA Annual Meeting will take place

on Tuesday January 12, 2010 at

The Courtyard by Marriott

4 Sebethe Drive, Cromwell

at 8 PM

All CHSA members are welcome to attend

On the agenda will be a vote on Article VIII of the Constitution.

Duties of the Officers:  Sentence # 2:  "He/she (the president) or one of the Vice Presidents with the approval of the executive committee, shall sign all contracts and other obligations of the Association."
