Avon Valley Show Stables Sept 10 Horse Show Canceled!

We need to cancel the Avon Valley Show Stables Horse Show tomorrow 9/10 b/c we have 3 feet of water in the ring from the river flooding.  We tried to wait to see if the water would go down but instead it keeps rising.

BHC at Oak Meadow Farm Horse Show starting time delayed till 10:30am

The BHC Blue Ribbon Ventures Penguin Series (Held at Oak Meadow Farm) on Sunday, January 9 will start at 10:30 am due to the expected snow tonight.  For more information visit BHC Management's web site

Sweetwater Farm - Dec 31, 2009 Horse Show Canceled!!

From Sweetwater Farm:

Now the snowstorm has shifted and they are calling for snow turning to rain and ice to begin tomorrow morning, so now we are canceling the 12/31/09 Sweetwater Farm Horse show.  It just is unsafe to ask people to trailer their horses in those weather conditions.  Have a safe and happy new year!

The BHC Management/Oak Meadow Farm Horse show on Sunday, Dec 6 will start at 10:30am due to chance of snow tonight.

Westbrook Polar Bear Horse Show

The Westbrook Hunt Club is cancelling the Friday, January 16, 2009, day of classes for the 2009 Polar Bear Horse show due to the cold weather and moving the Friday classes to Saturday, January 17, 2009.  Westbrook will post the revised Saturday schedule shortly, but the Friday classes will precede the Saturday classes.
